摘　　要：以毒攻毒是中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。对近年来毒性中药在抗肿瘤的实验研究方面进行综述,归纳毒性中药用于治疗恶性肿瘤的作用机制包括:抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和血管新生、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和分化、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移及增加机体免疫功能等,探讨毒性中药作为抗肿瘤新药研究与开发的前景。Fight poison with posion is one of the important means of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors. The author reviewed the recent experimental studies on antitumor effect of the toxic traditional Chinese medicine. The mecha- nism of the toxic traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors include ： inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and an- giogenesis, inducing apoptosis and differentiation of tumor cells, reversal of multidrug resistance in tumor cells, inhibition of tumor cell invasion and metastasis, and increase immune function. This paper discusses the prospect of the research and development of toxic tra- ditional Chinese Medicine as a new anticancer drug.
