自酸蚀自粘接流动树脂在乳磨牙龋治疗中的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的通过1年随访观察评价自酸蚀自粘接流动树脂应用于乳磨牙龋治疗的临床疗效。方法根据适应症选择60例5岁儿童120颗龋坏乳磨牙,采用自身对照方法分为两组,去龋备洞后试验组使用自酸蚀粘结剂处理后再用自酸蚀自粘接流动树脂充填,对照组直接用同种流动树脂充填。术后跟踪随访6、12月观察充填体完整性、继发龋和牙髓敏感程度。结果 6、12个月评价结果试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自酸蚀自粘接流动树脂治疗乳磨牙龋时,增加酸蚀粘接表面处理能取得更满意的效果。Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of self-etching adhesive flow resin in the minimal invasive treatment of deciduous molar caries by one-year follow-up.Methods According to indication,120 deciduous molar caries of 60 5-years-old children were divided into 2 groups by using self-contrast method.After removing the cavity,the cavities of the molars were filled with self-etching adhesive flow resin after dealing with self-etching adhesive（ experimental group）,and directly with the same flow resin（ control group）.Observe the integrity of filing body,secondary caries and pulp sensitivity at 6 months,12 months.Results According to 6,12 month evaluation index,experimental group was better than control group.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions When using self-etching adhesive flow resin to treat with deciduous molar tooth caries,a more satisfactory result can be obtained by increasing the etching adhesive surface treatment.
