摘 要:针对微信息环境中学科服务存在的问题,提出了一种基于用户体验的学科服务微创新模型。该模型以用户体验为核心,遵循有用性、可用性、可靠性、易寻性、可获取性和满意度的设计原则,主要包括技术微创新、服务模式微创新、管理机制微创新、服务评价微创新等功能模块。高校图书馆学科服务微创新模型的应用,可改变学科服务态度,提高学科服务质量,使图书馆为我国高校争创"双一流"提供强有力的信息资源保障与支撑。A subject service micro-innovation model is designed based on user experience, which is aimed at the problems existing in subject service under the micro-information environment. The core of this model is user experience. The design principle of subject service micro-innovation model includes usefulness, availability, reliability, findability, accessibility and satisfaction. The model comprises of technology micro- innovation, service pattern micro-innovation, management mechanism micro-innovation and service evaluation micro-innovation. The micro-innovation of library subject service will change the discipline service attitude and improve the service quality of subject service. Thus, library can provide universities with strong information resources guarantee and support for constructing double first-rate university.
