摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央高度重视中华优秀传统文化的传承发展,要求将其作为涵养社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉,融入青年大学生的立德树人过程。儒家君子人格中含有"立德树人"的传统,与当代高校德育目标一致。北宋时期著名教育家胡瑗在湖州讲学时期提出的"明体达用"与君子思想一脉相承。湖州师范学院将"明体达用"作为校训,立足高校立德树人根本任务和当代大学生身心特征和社会需要,发挥百年师范教育优势及全国文明单位的建设经验,将文明修身与中华优秀传统文化教育相结合,将儒家"君子人格"进行现代转化,把培育学生"君子之风"作为德育工作的落脚点,让学生在身体力行优秀传统文化的基础上加深对社会主义核心价值观的理解和认同,引导广大学生坚守中华文化立场,坚定文化自信、道路自信。Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of the fine traditional Chinese culture and demanded that it be incorporated into the course of the young university students as an important source of maintaining the core values of socialism.The Confucian gentleman's personality contains the tradition of"Education for Morality",which is consistent with the goal of moral education in contemporary colleges and universities.Hu Yuan,a famous educator in the Northern Song Dynasty,came down with the similar idea of"Education for use".Based on the fundamental task of"Education for Morality"in colleges and universities as well as the social and psychological needs of contemporary college students,Huzhou University,taking "Education for use"as its school motto,takes advantage of its centennial normal education and construction experience of national civilized units to integrate cultivation of civilizations with excellent Chinese traditions to give the Confucianism "Gentleman Style"a modern transformation,and it takes cultivating students' "gentleman's style"as the moral end of the project,so that students will have a better understanding of the socialist core values and recognition based on the practice of good traditional culture,and it will help students to adhere to the Chinese cultural stand,firmly have confidence in our culture and development.
