摘  要:目的探究兔膝骨性关节炎模型中盐酸氨基葡萄糖对IL-1、IL-6及TNF-ɑ浓度的影响。方法选择成年雄性兔20只,分为OTL组(A组)与对照组(B组)各10只。两组分别制备膝骨性关节炎模型,B组按常规饮食,A组于制模成功后每日喂食盐酸氨基葡萄糖。收集两组右膝关节液检测其中IL-1、IL-6及TNF-ɑ水平。结果 A组与B组治疗前各项炎性因子水平对比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。经治疗后A组膝关节液中炎性因子测定浓度均降低,对比可知统计意义显著(P<0.05)。结论 OTL可抑制兔膝关节液中IL-1、IL-6及TNF-ɑ的含量升高,进而缓解骨性病变与关节损伤。Objective: Glucosamine hydrochloride on the rabbit model of knee osteoarthritis in the joint fluid,IL-6 and IL-1 the influence of the level of TNF-ɑ. Methods: Select 20 adult white rabbit,divided into OTL group( group A) and control group( group B) 10. Preparation of knee osteoarthritis models respectively in both groups,group B according to the normal diet,after the success of the group A in moulding the daily feeding glucosamine hydrochloride,two months after the contrast analysis of two groups of bilateral knee joint X-ray images. Collect were measured in two groups of right knee joint fluid,IL-6 and IL-1 level of TNF-ɑ. Results: Group A and group B before treatment of various inflammatory factors level comparison,no significant difference( P > 0. 05). After treatment group A decrease in the determination of inflammatory factor in knee joint fluid level,contrast there were significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: OTL inhibits the rabbit knee joint fluid,IL-6 and IL-1 the content of TNF-ɑ rise,thereby alleviating the bony lesions and joint damage.
