摘  要:目的研究COX-2及PHH3的表达状态与Her-2阳性型乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效及预后的关系。方法对48例Her-2阳性型乳腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析,研究各例患者肿瘤组织COX-2、PHH3的表达状态,并找出其与疗效及预后的内在联系。结果 COX-2高表达组有8例达到CR,13例达到PR,低表达者有5例达到CR,9例达到PR,两组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PHH3高表达组有7例达到CR,12例达到PR,低表达者有6例达到CR,10例达到PR,两组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访期间,COX-2及PHH3高表达组的无病生存率均低于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2及PHH3的表达状态能预测Her-2阳性型乳腺癌的新辅助化疗疗效及预后,高表达者疗效较低表达者好,但其预后较差。Objective: To study the relationship of COX-2 and PHH3 in response and prognosis for Her-2 positive breast cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods: 48 patients of breast cancer who treated with NAC were included in this retrospective study. Investigated the relationship of COX-2 and PHH3 to response and prognosis. Results: The response rate of high expression of COX-2 is 55%( 21/25),it is batter than low expression gruop( 14/23)( P < 0. 05). The response rate of high expression of PHH3 is 55%( 19/21),it is batter than low expression gruop( 16/27)( P < 0. 05). The disease-free survival of low expression on COX-2 and PHH3 was longer than high experssion( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: COX-2 and PHH3 had an effect on response and prognosis of NAC. Low expression of them was batter on prognosis,but worse on response.
