循证护理模式在ICU床旁支气管镜中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在ICU床旁纤维支气管镜应用过程中实施循证护理模式的临床效果。方法在本院ICU2015年2月—2016年11月期间收治患者中选取84例,均采用床旁纤维支气管镜进行辅助治疗,按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受ICU常规护理,观察组患者则在结合护理经验和科学依据的基础上实施床旁纤维支气管镜循证护理,对两组患者的治疗依从性及其生命体征变化情况进行观察分析。结果观察组患者在治疗后其SaO_2、PaO_2、pH水平均高于对照组,PaCO_2水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性明显优于后者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在ICU床旁支气管镜诊疗过程中实施循证护理模式,可有效提高患者治疗依从性,保证治疗操作的顺利进行,对于改善患者临床症状,控制其病情发展具有十分重要的意义。Objective: To study the application in ICU bed fiber bronchoscope in the process of implementation of the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing model. Methods: In our hospital ICU in February 2015—November 2016 in the treated patients to select 84 cases,adopt bedside fiber bronchoscope for auxiliary treatment,according to the different method of nursing will be divided into control group and observation group,control group patients received routine ICU care,observation group of patients,on the basis of the combination of nursing experience and scientific basis for the implementation of fiber bronchoscope,evidence-based nursing by the bed,on two groups of treatment adherence for patients and their vital signs to observe the changes of analysis. Results: The observation group of patients after treatment the SaO_2,PaO_2,pH levels were higher than control group,PaCO_2 level lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant( P <0. 05); Observation group of patients treatment adherence is superior to the latter,with significant difference( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: In ICU bedside bronchoscope in the process of diagnosis and implementation of evidence-based nursing mode,can effectively improve patient compliance and ensure the smooth progress of treatment of operation,to improve the patients' clinical symptoms,is of great significance to control the disease development.
