摘　　要：香菇作为一种极为常见的菌类食品,具有很高的食用价值和药用价值,而硒元素对人体的作用也越来越受到人们的关注,因此近年来对富硒香菇的栽培技术研究较多。介绍了富硒香菇菌种的选育、栽培技术,并指出当前栽培技术的不足之处,对富硒香菇栽培的前景做了预测。Lentinula edodes is the common fungus food,which has high edible and medicinal value. Selenium is extremely important to human health. In recent years,people pay more and more attention in the effect of selenium on human health. Therefore,more research focus on the cultivation of selenium-enriched letinous edodes. This article introduced the strain breeding and cultivation techniques of selenium-enriched letinous edodes, pointed out the shortcomings of current cultivation techniques and predicted the cultivation prospect of selenium-enriched letinous edodes.
