摘　　要：教育管理主要针对教师、学生及教育工作者。教育管理是人的管理,人本管理理念能有效调动人们的积极性,发挥人们的主观能动性,挖掘现有资源优势,帮助师生明确自身职责和发展目标,从而推动教育教学工作的发展。Education management is aimed at teachers, students and educators. Education management is the management of human beings. The concept of humanism management can arouse the enthusiasm of people effectively,give full play to people＇s subjective initiative,excavate the advantages of existing resources,help teachers and students clarify their own responsibilities and development goals,and promote the development of education and teaching.
