摘　　要：为加强新生儿复苏后管理工作,降低新生儿窒息死亡率和伤残率,如皋市在"十二五"期间着力构建了区域性复苏后救治体系,建成了市新生儿危急重症救治中心,依托市120急救指挥中心建成了复苏后转运网络。文章回顾了复苏后救治体系建设历程,发现在专业技能、急救设备、转运距离等方面存在问题,建议加快人才培养与引进、加大投入力度、加强管理与应急演练。To strengthen management work after neonatal resuscitation, and reduce the mortality and disability rate of neonatal asphyxia, during the 12 th Five-Year Plan, we have worked hard to establish a regional treatment system after neonatal resuscitation in Rugao, a treatment center of newborn critical illness has been built, a post recovery rotation network has been built relying on the city＇s 120 emergency command center. This paper reviews the construction process of the medical treatment system after neonatal resuscitation, we found problems with expertise, first aid equipment, transit distance, and so on. It is suggested training and developing human resource, increasing the input, and underpinning management and emergency drilling and other measures.
