早期宫颈癌FIGO分期与手术病理分期的符合率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期宫颈癌FIGO分期与手术病理分期的符合率。方法选择2012年1月—2017年5月在我院诊断治疗的早期宫颈癌患者280例为研究对象。术前进行FIGO分期,术后进行病理分期,计算FIGO分期与病理分期的符合率,分析FIGO分期与淋巴结转移的相关性。结果 FIGO分期与手术病理分期总的符合率59.6%。随着FIGO分期的升高,符合率呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FIGO分期与淋巴结转移有相关性(r=0.345)。结论术前宫颈癌FIGO分期与术后病理分期的符合率随着FIGO分期的升高而下降;FIGO分期与淋巴结转移呈正相关,随着分期的升高,淋巴结转移率也升高。Objective To discuss the coincidence rate between FIGO staging and surgical pathological staging of early cervical cancer. Methods From January 2012 to May 2017, 280 cases were selected as subjects. FIGO staging was performed before operation and pathological staging was performed after operation. The coincidence rate between FIGO staging and pathological staging was calculated, and the correlation between FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results The overall coincidence rate between FIGO staging and surgical pathological staging was 59.6%.With the increase of FIGO staging, the coincidence rate showed a downward trend, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was a correlation between FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis（r=0.345）. Conclusion The coincidence rate between preoperative FIGO staging and postoperative pathological staging decreases with the increase of FIGO staging; FIGO staging was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, and with the increase of staging, the rate of lymph node metastasis also increases.
