城市河流景观规划中的文化理念与表达——以山东龙口绛水河为例

摘　　要：城市河流是城市重要的环境要素,在社会学方面又是面向公众开放的空间。在城市河流景观建设中要满足城市生态环境改善的功能需求,同时也需准确地表达本土文化。本文基于广义水文化的概念,对城市河流建设中存在的问题或不足进行了分析,然后以山东龙口绛水河城区段的景观建设为例,在总体规划、防洪与治污处理、广场布置、雕塑小品以及桥梁改造等方面展示了传统水文化的发展和现代水文化的建立思路,使得河流景观主题风格鲜明、文化气息浓厚,在维护河流健康、弘扬传统文化的同时将有力地促进龙口经济、社会和环境的新发展。River is an important environmental element ina city,and also public open space in the aspectof sociology. Landscape construction of urban rivers should meet the function of improving the urban ecologi？cal environment,and accurately express the native culture at the same time. Based on the concept of gener-alized water culture,some problems or deficiencies in the construction of urban rivers are analysed in thispaper,and then landscape planning of the Jiangshui River in the city section of Longkou is taken as anexample,exhibiting the strategy of development of conventional water culture and establishment of modernwater culture in the design of general plan,flood and pollution control,squares layout,sculpture piecesand bridge modification,etc. The river landscape planning has distinctive style and strong cultural atmo-sphere,and the landscape axis will significantly enhance the level of overall landscape,through which riv-er health can be maintained and traditional culture can be advanced,and at the same time socio-economicand environmental development of Longkou will be vigorously promoted again.
