摘　　要：本研究在江苏省范围内以五年制高职学生为研究对象,运用科学的研究方法建立评价学生体育生活方式的指标体系,实证研究表明利用这个评价体系能够直观地判断学生体育生活方式的健康程度并反映出存在的问题。This paper takes the five-year vocational college students as the research subjects,establishes indicator system to evaluate students＇ sport life style by using scientific research methods. Practical research shows that the use of this system could directly judge the healthy degree of the life style,and also reflect problems existed.
