艾司奥美拉唑联合熊去氧胆酸和莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾司奥美拉唑联合熊去氧胆酸和莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果。方法:收治胃炎患者168例,随机分3组,所有患者均常规戒烟酒,忌食脂肪丰富的食物。A组口服艾司奥美拉唑肠溶片和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片;B组口服熊去氧胆酸软胶囊和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片;C组口服艾司奥美拉唑肠溶片、熊去氧胆酸软胶囊和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片。观察各组恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛等症状的缓解情况。结果:C组主要临床症状缓解情况明显优于A组和B组;从综合疗效比较,C组也明显优于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司奥美拉唑联合熊去氧胆酸和莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可起到协同作用,从而提高治疗效果。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of esomeprazole,mosapride combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods：168 patients with bile reflux gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the3 groups.All patients were routinely quit smoking and drinking,and did not eat fat rich food.The group A was treated with escortamabine enteric-coated tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets;the group B took ursodeoxycholic acid soft capsules,mosapride citrate dispersible tablets;the group C was treated with escortamabine omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,ursodeoxycholic acid soft capsules,mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.The symptoms of nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension and abdominal pain were observed.Results：The remission of main clinical symptoms in the group C was significantly better than that in the group A and the group B.Compared with the comprehensive effect,the the group C was also significantly better than the group A and the group B,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Esomeprazole combined with ursodeoxycholic acid and mosapride in the treatment of BRG can play a synergistic effect,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
