摘  要:利用钠离子的快速离子导体固体电解质为离子导电层,NaRe(SO_4)_2稀土硫酸钠复盐为敏感电极,设计并研制了一种混合电动势型SO_2传感器核心元件。在实验室条件下的非平衡态气氛中,对此核心元件进行了二氧化硫体积分数的敏感性能测试。根据传感器的检测原理及输出信号特性,设计了微弱信号检测电路,由此组装成SO_2气体传感器器件。结果表明:在低温260~300℃下,该传感器对SO_2的灵敏度为136.4mV左右,具有较高的选择性和良好的响应恢复特性,器件耐潮湿,测试时不需要参比气体。该器件输出的稳定可靠的标准电压信号,可被单片机直接读取。In this paper,SO_2 gas sensor based on NASICON as the lon conducting layer and with NaRe(SO_4)_2 as the sensing materials has been fabricated,A mixed potential type SO_2 sensor core component was designed and developed.This core component has been used to test the concentration of SO_2 under laboratory conditions of non-equilibrium atmosphere.Detection circuit of the SO_2 gas sensor for weak signal has been designed based on the measuring principle of sensor and the characteristics of output signal,and the SO_2 gas sensor devices are assembled.The results show that the sensor has high selectivity,good reponse recovery characteristics,resistance to moisture and need not a reference gas when the working temperature was 260 ℃to 300℃ with the ideal sensitivity was about 136.4mV.The sensor can also output stable and reliable standard voltage signal and can be read by the signal microcontroller directly.
