摘　　要：植物病害标本是植物病理学实验教学的必备工具。标本的质量和数量直接影响教学效果,标本的采集、制作与管理是一项耗时的工作。本文对目前云南农业大学植物保护学院植物病害标本建设和管理中急需解决的问题,包括现有标本数量和种类不足、老化严重、人员不足等问题进行了探讨,旨在提高植物病害标本制作和管理能力,提高植物病理学实验教学能力,更好地服务于实践教学和科研,为加强植物病害标本建设与利用提供依据。并从学院自身实际情况出发,提出了切实有效的改革措施,取得了良好的效果。The plant disease specimens are essential tools for the experimental teaching of Plant Pathology.The quality and quantity of the samples directly affect the effectiveness of experimental teaching.The collection,production and management of the specimen is a time-consuming work.The problems of needed be solved urgently in the construction and management of disease specimen in the college are discussed in this paper,includingdegeneration and shortage of quantity and variety of specimens,and staff shorted.This paper aims to improve the efficient management and utilization of plant disease specimens,to improve the ability of experimental teaching of Plant Pathology.So it can be much more beneficial to the experimental teaching and scientific research.This paper provides the basis for the utilization and construction of plant diseases specimens.Based on the actual situation of thecollege,this paper puts forward some effectivereform measures,and achieved good results.
