摘 要:在马克思劳动价值理论基础上,利用商品价值构成机制来构造经济增长中人才贡献率的模型,使用该模型测度了1978-2015年期间人才对中国经济增长的贡献率。结论表明:当前经济增长中人才贡献率不高,但仍处于上升态势,而人力资本的贡献率较低,并有进一步下降的可能。因此,在创新驱动发展的社会大背景下,政府决策部门尤其要高度重视人才资源的配置与使用,不断提高人才对经济增长的贡献率。On the basis of Marx labor theory of value,this article constructed the model measuring the talents?contribution rate?in the economic growth?by using the commodity?value constitute?mechanism.With this model,the present study measured the contribution rate?of talents to Chinese economic growth during 1978-2015.Results showed that the talents contribution rate in current economic growth?was?still not high?but in a raising condition,while the contribution rate of human capital was low,and there was a further decline in the trend.As a conclusion,in the background of the innovation driven society,?the government decision-making departments?should?pay more attention to the allocation and use of human resources in order to improve the contribution rate of talent to economic growth constantly.
