近视眼LASIK术后1年的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的　分析近视眼激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laser insitu keratom ileusis,L ASIK)手术治疗后 1a的效果。方法　对 5 6 9例近视眼行 L ASIK手术 ,按屈光度分为 3组 ,I组 :-1.2 5～ - 6 .0 0 D(140例 ) ;II组 :- 6 .2 5～ - 10 .0 0 D(2 0 3例 ) ;III组 :- 10 .2 5～ - 15 .0 0 D(2 2 6例 )。检查术前和术后1a的视力 (裸眼视力和矫正视力 )、屈光度、眼压、角膜厚度和角膜地形图。结果　术后裸眼视力≥ 1.0者在各组分布的比率分别是 94.2 9% ,80 .30 % ,42 .0 4% .残余屈光度≤±0 .5 0 D分别是 99.2 9% ,85 .71% ,5 9.7% .屈光度在术后 3个月稳定 ,术后并发症少。结论　对于 - 15 .0 0 D以下的近视 ,LObjective To analyze the clinical effects after one year of LASIK for myopia.Methods According to the preoperative diopters of the myopia , the patients were divided into three groups, group Ⅰ:140 eyes(-1.25 ～ -6.00D), group Ⅱ:203 eyes(-6.25 ～ -10.00D), group Ⅲ: 226 eyes(-10.25 ～ -15.00D).The patients were followed up 1 year. Results In groups, the percentage of the uncorrected visual acuity equal or more than 1.0 were 94.29%, 80.30%, 42.04% respectively. The percentage of the residual refractive error within ±0.50D were 99.29%, 85.71%,59.70%. The spherical equivalent was stable 3 months after LASIK. The complications are few.Conclusion LASIK is a safe, effective and good predictable method for treatment of myopia. LASIK is one of the best choice to treat myopia below -15.00D.
