摘　　要：选择乙酸乙酯/环己烷(V/V 1/1)作为提取液,提取液经凝胶渗透色谱(Gel Permeation Chromatography,GPC)后,除去脂类、蛋白质和大部分大分子杂质,样品净化后使用GC/MS进行多种农药残留同时分析。针对猪肉样品进行了添加回收试验,回收率在82.21%-98.09%,0.05μg/mL^1.0μg/mL线性相关系数良好,相对标准偏差为3.72%~11.38%。本方法具有操作简便,自动化程度高,净化效果好、精密度好等优点,适用于猪肉中农药残留的日常检测工作。The seven kinds of pesticide residues in pork were determined by gel permeation chromatoraphy （GPC） combined with gas chromatography hyphened mass （GC-MS）. With the extraction solvent of ethyl acetate-cyclohexane （V/V 1/1）, the extract was purified by GPC, then lipids, proteins and most of the macromolecular impurities were removed from the sample matrix, followed by GC/MS analysis. The spiked recovery was 82.21%-98.09% with relative standard deviation （RSD） of 3.72%-11.38%. The method ranged from O. 05 vtg/mL to 1.0 μg/mL with good linearity. In conclusion, the method was simple and accurate with high automation and extraction efficiency. It was suitable for routine detection of the pesticide residues in pork.
