摘 要:选聘大学生到村任职,是党中央的一项重大战略决策,对建设美好乡村、培养造就党政机关后备人才具有重大而深远的意义。然而,当前大学生村官融入基层存在一些实际问题,比如性别、年龄、专业不均衡,村民对大学生村官的知情度和认可度不高,大学生村官自身融入意愿不强烈等。为保障大学生村官在基层健康成长、主动融入基层,一方面,要积极引导大学生村官利用自己的知识、智力、年龄优势寻找"增量"发展,另一方面,政府要从制度层面完善激励机制,推进基层治理法治化。Selecting and recruiting college graduates to serve as village officials is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee, and is of great significance for building beautiful countryside and cultivating reserve personnel for the Party and government organs. However, the village officials are faced with a few practical problems in their integration into grassroots, such as imbalance in their gender, age and major, villagers~ low recognition of them, their inadequate integration willingness and so on. In order to guarantee their healthy growth at grassroots and active integration, government needs to take the initiative in guiding them to seek for "incremental" development by making full use of their advantages in knowledge, intelligence and age, and on the other hand improve incentive mechanism in regard to institutions and accelerate legalization of grassroots governance.
