摘　　要：角膜板层间上皮生长是 L ASIK后并发症之一 ,有的病例可严重影响术后效果 ,已经引起广大眼科医师的重视。本文就 L ASIK后层间上皮生长这一术后并发症的病因、发病机理。Epithelial growth within the lamellar interface is one of the complications after laser in situ keratomileusis. Many refractive surgeons have attached importance to it for it can affect surgical effectiveness severely in some cases. This article reviewed the etiology , mechanism , clinical findings , treatment and present research achievements concerning epithelial growth within the lamellar interface after laser in situ keratomileusis.
