摘 要:厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)菌的活性会受到一些物质的抑制,为此研究了NO_2^--N和DO对ANAMMOX的抑制过程,并探讨了相应的恢复策略。结果表明,当NO_2^--N浓度超过120mg/L或ANAMMOX系统完全暴露于空气中(反应器中DO浓度为5 mg/L)时,ANAMMOX菌的活性会受到抑制。采用正常负荷、降低负荷、投加N_2H_4、投加NH_2OH等4种方式对ANAMMOX菌进行复活,结果表明,降低负荷或投加N_2H_4是快速恢复ANAMMOX菌活性的有效方法。In order to resolve the problem of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) inhibi- tion by some substances, the inhibition process of ANAMMOX by DO and NO2- - N was studied by batch test method, and restoration strategy was explored. The results showed that, when NOr - N concentration was more than 120 mg/L or the ANAMMOX system was fully exposed to the air ( DO was 5 mg/L), the activity of ANAMMOX bacteria was inhibited. It was found that reducing the load or adding N2H4 was useful ways for rapid recovery of ANAMMOX bacteria activity, by contrasting the four restoration methods of normal load, reducing the load, adding N2H4 and adding NH2OH.
