摘 要:基于所开发的商用车轮胎通过噪声测试平台,在ISO 10844路面上对不同花纹和规格商用车轮胎进行了室外通过噪声测试,研究商用车轮胎通过噪声与速度和温度的关系。基于轮胎花纹的不同分类进行噪声-速度、噪声-温度的相关性分析,结合理论与试验提出了不同花纹轮胎的噪声-速度、噪声-温度的计算式并加以应用。试验结果对理清商用车轮胎噪声机理、控制商用车轮胎通过噪声、优化花纹设计具有重要借鉴意义。Based on the self-developed test platform for evaluation of pass-by noise of commercial vehicle tire,the pass-by noise of a number of commercial vehicle tires with different patterns and sizes were tested on the ISO 10844 road. The dependence of tire noise on the driving velocity and temperature was investigated and analyzed based on the classification of tread patterns. The velocity-noise and temperaturenoise calculation formulas were then obtained based on the theoretic analysis and experimental testing results and their applications in different tires were proposed. The results of this study were very important to clarify the noise mechanism of commercial vehicle tire,control the noise of commercial vehicle tire and optimize the pattern design.
