摘　　要：从阴阳、五行、经络、自稳调节视角,多方位阐发中医藏象的生理内涵与特色。提出藏象是阴阳的储藏器,阴阳制化的生成器,阴阳象数信息的传感器;藏象是五行的蕴藏器,五行象息的传感器。藏象乃经络之本,并以三阳、三阴六经表里之开、阖、枢协调对接,升降出入有序、有常,则吐故纳新、推陈致新,新陈代谢平稳有序;藏象是人生命体全方位、全能态的自稳调节器。From Yin-Yang,five phases,channel and collateral,self-stabilizing regulation,the author explicates the physiological connotation and characteristics of Chinese medicine visceral manifestation. The author puts forward that visceral manifestation is the storage manager of Yin-Yang,the generator of Yin-Yang restriction and generation,the sensor of Yin-Yang image-numerology information,the store of five phases,as well as the sensor of five-phase image-numerology information. Visceral manifestation is the root of channel and collateral,coordinating and docking by superficies-interior opening,closing and pivoting of six meridians of three Yin channels and three Yang channels.Orderly ascending and descending could make human body get rid of the stale and take in the fresh and maintain stable and orderly metabolism. Visceral manifestation is the gamut and multi energy state self stabilizing regulator of human body.
