摘 要:为了研究不同压强对快速氨化秸秆中4-甲基咪唑含量及羔羊育肥生产性能、血液常规指标及激素水平的影响,试验采用完全随机设计,将月龄、体重相近的16只公羔羊随机分为4组,A组(饲喂未处理秸秆)为对照组,B组秸秆经0.15 MPa氨化,C组秸秆经0.20 MPa氨化,D组秸秆经0.25 MPa氨化,测定4-甲基咪唑含量;同时,测定羔羊采食量、平均日增重、血常规、激素水平等指标。结果表明:B、C、D组氨化秸秆中4-甲基咪唑含量都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);4组间羔羊平均日增重和采食量均差异不显著(P>0.05),4组间血液常规指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。60,90天时4组间三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均差异不显著(P>0.05);30天时,D组T3、T4、TSH含量显著低于C组(P<0.05)。说明不同压强能使秸秆中4-甲基咪唑含量显著提高,但对羔羊采食量、平均日增重、血常规、后期激素水平等指标的影响不显著。The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of different pressures on the content of 4 - Methylimidazole in rapid ammoniated straw and production performance, blood routine parameters and hormone level in fattening lambs. Sixteen male lambs of similar month age and body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups by a completely randomized grouped trial design. The lambs in group A were fed untreated straw ( control group). The lambs in group B were fed with 0.15 MPa ammoniated straw. The lambs in group C were fed with 0.20 MPa ammo- niated straw. The lambs in group D were fed with 0.25 MPa ammoniated straw. The content of 4 - methylimidazole in rapid ammoniated straw of all groups were measured. Then the feed intake, average daily gain, blood routine and hormone level of the lambs were measured. The re- suits showed that the content of 4 -methylimidazole in rapid ammoniated straw of the experimental groups (group B, C, D) were significantly higher than that in group A (P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between experimental and control groups on average daily gain, feed intake and blood routine parameters ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between experimental and control groups on the con- tent of tfiiodothyronine (T3) , thyroxine (T4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in blood of fattening lambs at 60 and 90 days ( P 〉 0.05 ). At 30 days, the levels of T3, T4 and TSH in group D were significantly lower than those in group C ( P 〈 0.05 ). The results indiealed that the content of 4 -methylimidazole in maize straw was significantly increased in different conditions of rapid ammoniation. But the blood rou- tine parameters, hormone levels in blood, average daily gain and the average feed intake of the fattening lambs could not be affected by the ammoniation.
