摘 要:为了解决无轨胶轮车在斜井运行时因坡度大,距离长易造成车辆制动失效而引发跑车事故的问题,提出了使用速度失控保护装置以提高车辆运行的安全性。通过分析该装置应具有的功能,研究了其构成、工作原理、拦截装置的受力及车辆的制动距离等,并根据失速运行距离及制动距离提出了该装置在井下巷道的布置方式。以WC20R(D)防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车为例进行了试验,假设车重为7 t,爬坡度为12°,运行速度为29 km/h,巷道宽度为4.5 m,最大跑车速度为70 km/h,减速度在0.5g^2.5g之间,由MATLAB计算可知,此时拦截装置钢丝绳上的力应设定为3.09~11.84 t,制动距离约为116~23 m,首个拦截装置应布置在变坡点下方77 m处。In order to solve the problem of speed out of control of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle because of braking inefficacy when vehicle runs on the long and steep downgrade in inclined-shaft, the paper proposed using speed out of control protection device to increase safety of the vehicle running. Through analyzing the functions of the device, studying its constitute, working principle, interception device’s sufferance force and braking distance and other aspects, and according to the distance after speed out of control and braking distance of the vehicle, we gave the disposal method of the device in mine. Taking the WC20 R(D) explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle as an example, assumes that the whole weight is 7 tons, climbing capacity is 12 degrees, running speed is 29 km/h, span length is 4.5 m, max speed is 70 km/h, deceleration is the range of 0.5 g to 2.5 g, by MATLAB, the result showed that the force of the interception device cable is set in 3.09 t to 11.84 t, braking distance is about116 m to 23 m, the first interception device should be placed in the point which is 77 m below the slope.
