摘 要:课堂中有师生的互动、生生的讨论、观点的争鸣、思维的碰撞、思想的交锋等许多个人自主学习所不具备的学习资源。为什么相当一部分大学生仍然不愿意走进课堂学习?一提到学生不上课,领导、老师、家长乃至整个社会舆论都会立刻指责学生"不务正业"。当听到"‘我’不愿意上课并不代表‘我’放弃学习"这样掷地有声的回答时,我们会为自己的武断感到愧疚。学生不愿意上课固然与学生自身约束力不强、上进心不足等个人因素有一定关系,但与大学课程与教学管理不完善、课程结构不合理、教师教学态度不端正、能力有待提升,课堂管理制度不健全或得不到有效实施等关系更为密切。大学需要通过完善管理制度、调适课程结构、提升教师素养、规范课堂管理等措施充分彰显课堂教学的独特价值,给学生一些喜欢上课的理由。Comparing to class teaching,there are manylearning resources individual independent learning lacking of since there are many individuals autonomous learning does not have the learning resources what such as interaction between teachers and students,between students and students in the discussion,view exchanges views,thinking collisions,debates,why still quite a number of students reluctant to attend class in the classroom.Why don't quite a number of college students willing to walk into the classroom learning When it comes to class-skipping students no in class,leaders,teachers,parents and even the entire society would immediately criticize such misdemeanor.social public opinion will immediately blame the students "do no decent work".When we hear "I don't want to a class doesn't mean I give up learning" sticky to answ Answers like "I don't attend class doesn't mean I give up learning" make criticizers guilty.er it,so we will for their own arbitrary feel guilty.There are personal factors such as lacking of sufficient self-discipline and motivation lack of upward mobility Students awould like to have a Class,a closer relation ties with incomplete curriculum and teaching management,problematic teaching attitude,undesirable teaching ability and inefficient implementation.but incomplete that university curriculum and teaching management,unreasonable curriculum structure,teaching attitude is not correct,ability to ascend,classroom teaching management system is not sound or not effectively implement.Universities need to perfect management system,adjusting adjust curriculum structure,improve teachers'quality,standardize class supervision standardized classroom management measures and fully reveal the unique value of classroom teaching,offering students reasons to attend class give students some reason like a class.
