摘　　要：通过职业教育实施精准扶贫,是我国西部农村地区扶贫战略的重要举措。但由于我国现有的西部农村职业教育存在的某些制度上的局限,严重制约了这一战略的实施和成效。通过政策分析和实地调研,从"互联网+"的思路,探索出一种能更有效地落实精准扶贫战略的西部农村职业教育制度,即建立以职业教育统筹多元主体协同的网络扶贫运行和管理机制;开发独具西部农业特色的网络培训课程;打造一支专业化、本土化、信息化的教师队伍;建立健全基于大数据支持的农村职业教育精准扶贫评价机制,以切实实现教育强民、技能富民、就业安民的目标。To implement precision poverty alleviation through vocational education is one of importantmeasures of poverty alleviation strategy in rural areas in western China. However, due to some institutional limitations existing in western rural vocational education, the implementation and effectiveness of this measure have been severely restricted. Through policy analysis and field research, from the idea of ＂Internet plus＂, this paper puts forward a western rural vocational education system which can implement the strategy of precision poverty alleviation more effectively. To be specific, this system covers the following aspects： a network poverty alleviation mechanism is established with multi-subject cooperation in vocational education; the network training courses with unique western agricultural characteristics are developed; professional, local and informative teaching staff are cultivated; and the evaluation mechanism of precision poverty alleviation is established for agricultural vocational education supported by big data to make people powerful, wealthy and stable.
