摘　　要：近年来,中国咖啡产业发展较快,生产、加工、消费、进出口均呈现增长的趋势。结合中国咖啡产业发展现状,以钻石模型理论为基础,从生产要素、国内需求、相关及辅助性产业、产业组织要素以及政府和机遇等方面系统分析了中国咖啡产业的竞争力和产业发展前景,并提出了提升中国咖啡产业竞争力的相关建议。In recent years, China＇s coffee industry has gotten rapid development, and its production,processing, consumption, import and export all presented increase trends. Combining with the development situation of China＇s coffee industry, based on the diamond model theory, the authors analyzed the competitiveness and prospect of China＇s coffee industry from the perspectives of production factors, domestic demand, related and supporting industries, industrial organization elements, government and opportunity and so on. Finally, relative suggestions were put forward for enhancing the competitiveness of China＇s coffee industry.
