摘 要:主要研究季铵盐改性纤维素纤维过滤材料的杀菌性能。以杀菌能力为评价指标,通过增加碳酸根、硝酸根、三价铁离子及溶质次氯酸钠的浓度来测试滤材对各离子的耐受能力,探究它们对滤材的杀菌效能的影响;通过增加饮用水中菌类(大肠杆菌)浓度来测定滤材杀菌效能极限,分析实验数据综合评价该滤材的性能。实验结果表明,以普通生活自来水为原料进行实验时,滤材表现出了优秀的杀菌能力。而在后续的实验中发现,硝酸根与碳酸根离子对滤材的杀菌能力有抑制的作用,其中硝酸根对滤材杀菌能力的抑制作用最为明显;次氯酸根离子对滤材的杀菌能力有促进的作用。This study mainly researched the bactericidal ability of bactericidal fibrous filter material. The concentration of carbonate (CO3 2-), nitrate (NO3-), iron(Ⅲ) ion (Fe3+) and sodium hypochlorite (NaC10) were increased respectively, and each solution was filtered through the bactericidal fibrous filter material in order to inquire each chemical's effect on the bactericidal ability of the filter material. In addition, the filter material's bactericidal ability limit was tested through increasing the concentration of E.coli in drinking water. The experiment data was then analyzed and comprehensively evaluated in order to determine the bactericidal ability of this filter material. Experiment results showed that when using drinking water as solvent, the studied filter material demonstrated excellent bactericidal ability. However, we discovered in subsequent experiments that carbonate and nitrate has some negative effects on the filter material, and among all, nitrate has the greatest negative effect on the filter material; similarly, sodium hypochlorite has positive effects on the filter material.
