摘　　要：清末学前教育立法是中国近代学前教育立法之嚆矢,无论对当时的学前教育改革以及对以后学前教育立法都有一定的影响。揭示清末学前教育立法的历史动因,对其立法内容特征、实施情况进行深入细致的分析,以期客观地评价其在我国近代学前教育史上的地位,并从中获得对今日我国学前教育立法有益的借鉴和启示。Pre-school education legislation in the late qing dynasty is our preschool education legislation in modern China,it has certain influence no matter for the preschool education reform as well as to the future of pre-school education legislation. Analysis it from the angle of law,evaluated its important position in the modern history of preschool education in our country, and got the beneficial reference and enlightenment of preschool education in China today.
