摘 要:本文基于协同学和超循环理论研究发现,商业生态系统的演化发展遵循"集合定律",其动力来自于系统内部各子系统间的竞争和协同,具体机制是商业生态系统内部各成员通过竞争实现协同并产生序参量,序参量反过来支配和推动系统的演化发展,实现协同进化。本文对苹果移动生态系统进行了论证说明,研究成果为创新企业经营管理提供了新的思路:首先,企业应当参与或领导某个或某几个商业生态系统,借助系统内部成员间的协同作用,使其所拥有的资源超出其企业边界,或协同其他成员将资源集中起来,为消费者创造新的更大价值;其次,企业可以创造条件,在内部推动超循环组织的形成,实现企业自组织高速发展。The study found that the evolution of business ecosystem followed the "assembly rules" based on Synergetics and Hypercycle theory. Its motivity comes from competition and synergy among the internal subsystems, and the specific mechanism is that the members of the business ecosystem collaborate and generate order parameters through competition, and the order parameter in turn governs and drives the evolution of the system and realizes coevolution. Apple's mobile ecosystem was adopted to exemplify this mechanism. The research results provide new ideas for the innovation of enterprise management. Firstly, an enterprise can participate in or lead the operation of one or a couple of business ecosystems, then it can take advantage of the synergy among the internal subsystems to grab as many resources as possible, or the enterprise can work with other internal members and put all the resources together to create the new and larger value for consumers. Secondly, an enterprise can create prerequisites to motivate the formation of the internal hypercyclic organization to achieve the selforganizing development.
