区域性职业教育集团的发展与高职毕业生就业关系浅析

摘　　要：本文通过对安徽滁州区域性职教集团的发展与集团内高职院校毕业生的就业现状的分析与建模发现,集团的发展与集团内高职院校毕业生的就业二者间存在着积极正向或消极负向关系。研究针对企业、学校等不同主体的改进策略,可以推动二者建立形成相互促进发展的积极正向的关系模式。Regional vocational education group is one of the main forms of running school by means of vocational educational collectivization, and it is also an important content of exploring and constructing modem vocational education system. If higher vocational graduates have strong local employment intention and actively select group enterprises when they are employed, the development of regional vocational education group and the employment of higher vocational graduates can promote each other and produce positive promoting action; otherwise, they may restrict each other, impede development, and its negative effects are also prominent. These measures, for example employment guidance and group enterprise culture construction are strengthened, graduates are effectively guided to rationally select employment areas, and specialties in vocational colleges are readjusted, are effective ways to promote the establishment of a positive relationship between the two parties.
