摘　　要：笔者分析了抓好民族地区高校党建工作和校园文化建设的必要性,以内蒙古民族大学为例阐述了民族地区高校党建和校园文化建设实践情况,从梳理好党建工作和校园文化建设之间的关系、创新党建工作的管理方法、设置校园文化建设机构以及打造以"中国梦"为主题的与党建协同的校园文化活动四个方面来推动党建工作和校园文化建设的有效融合。The author analyzes the necessity of party construction and campus culture in colleges and universities in Ethnic Areas. Taking Inner Mongolia Minzu University as an example, this paper expounds the practice situation of Party construction and campus culture construction in colleges and universities in minority areas. From the four aspects of analyzing the relationship between Party-building work and campus culture construction, innovating the management methods of Party construction.establishing campus culture construction organization and building the theme of ＂Chinese dream＂, which are coordinated with the Party-building, promote the effective integration of Party- building work and campus culture construction.
