人际沟通视域下高校国家奖助学金评定研究

摘　　要：国家奖助学金制度是国家的一项重要资助制度,也是高校学生管理工作中的重要内容,针对奖助学金评定过程中出现的问题,笔者从人际沟通的角度提出师生沟通、生生沟通既有助于学生成长,也与高校思想政治教育高度契合,提出处理好沟通与学生管理、沟通与学生成长、沟通与家庭教育的三层关系,实现国家奖助学金评定的真正目的。The national scholarship and grant system is a very important aiding policy in China. It is an impor- tant part of student administration job in universities. Focusing on the problems in the assessment and starting from theinterpersonal communication perspective, this paper proposes that the communication between teachers and student as well as the communication among students are helpful for the growth of students. This is also corre- spondent to the political education in colleges and universities, thus being useful in realizing the real purposes of scholarship and grand assessment.
