摘  要:为了满足在保证注塑机械手初始动态刚度的条件下达到整机轻量化的要求,提出基于整机质量、一阶最大变形量和一阶固有频率为目标函数的整机多目标优化设计方法。运用ANSYS软件对参数化模型进行模态分析。使用中心复合设计的试验方法选取合适的结构有限元分析样本点,对样本点处的整机动态特性进行计算和分析,建立反映结构设计输入与响应输出关系的二次多项式响应面模型。建立注塑机械手的多目标优化数学模型,比较分别使用多目标遗传算法、筛选算法、非线性二次规划算法获取的Pareto解集得到最优解。对基于加权平均法的灵敏度分析得到的各设计变量灵敏度值平均数进行排序,可以帮助设计人员淘汰部分设计变量,从而提高优化效率。最后,在保证注塑机械手整机动态性能不降的前提下,整机质量减轻了11.27%。结果表明,该方法具有较高的精度和较强的工程实用性。In order to satisfy the performance requirement of the dynamic stiffness and light weight of the injection molding manipulator, a method of multi-objective optimization driven by mass and the first natural frequency and the first natural frequency deformation is proposed. The modal analysis of parameterized model is tested by using the software ANSYS. The appropriate structural finite element analysis samples in design space are selected by using the central composite design (CCD) experiment method. Quadratic polynomials are employed to construct response surface (RS) model,which reflects the relationship between design inputs and structural response outputs, according to the response outputs of these samples. Multi- objective optimization mathematical model of the injection molding manipulator is established. By comparing the Pareto solution of multi-objective genetic algorithm, filtering algorithm, the nonlinear quadratic programming algorithm to get the optimal solution. Ordered by size on the averages of sensitivity value by means of sensitivity analysis based on weighted average method, which con help the designers to eliminate part of the design variables and improve the efficiency of optimization. Through the optimization, the mass of the injection molding manipulator is decreased by 11.27% under the condition of ensuring the dynamic performance. The results show the high precision and strong engineering practicability of the proposed optimization method.
