ZNF281对结直肠癌侵袭转移的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锌指蛋白281(ZNF281)基因在结直肠癌患者中的表达情况以及对结直肠癌侵袭转移的影响。方法选择2015年4月至2016年4于本院就诊的92例结直肠癌患者为例,采用免疫组化方法检测92例患者结直肠癌组织、癌旁正常黏膜组织以及淋巴结中的ZNF281蛋白表达情况。结果免疫组化结果显示ZNF281蛋白高表达患者有74例,癌旁正常黏膜组织中高表达30例,转移淋巴结中高表达41例,癌组织以及转移淋巴结中表达程度相比于正常组织明显要高(P<0.05)。远处转移患者的结肠癌组织中ZNF281蛋白表达情况明显高于非远处转移患者(P<0.05)。结论 ZNF281蛋白表达和结直肠癌密切相关,表达越高,预示患者病情越重,尤其是出现远处转移患者,ZNF281蛋白表达明显增高。Objective To investigate the expression of zinc finger protein 281（ZNF281） gene in colorectal cancer and its relationship with invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected. The expression of ZNF281 protein was analyzed using immunohistochemistry in colorectal cancer tissues,adjacent normal mucosa tissues and lymph nodes. Results A total of 74 patients had high expression of ZNF281 using immunohistochemistry. 30 patients had high expression in normal mucosa adjacent to carcinoma,and 41 patients had high expression in lymph nodes. The expression level was significantly higher in cancer tissue and metastasized lymph node than in normal issue（P〈0.05）. The expression of ZNF281 protein in colon cancer tissues of patients with distant metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without distant metastasis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of ZNF281 protein is closely related to colorectal cancer. The higher the expression,the poorer the prognosis. The expression of ZNF281 protein was significantly increased patients with distant metastasis.
