摘　　要：目的探讨绝经后乳腺癌患者经他莫昔芬和来曲唑治疗后对患者血脂代谢的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月于大连市中心医院接受治疗的绝经后乳腺癌患者70例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(36例)。予以对照组患者口服来曲唑治疗,观察组患者则采用口服他莫昔芬治疗方案。比较两组患者治疗前后各项血脂指标变化情况及子宫内膜厚度变化情况。结果治疗12个月、2年后,观察组患者TC、LDL-C较对照组均显著降低,TG、HDL-C较对照组均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗12个月、2年后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗12个月、2年后,对照组患者子宫内膜厚度明显低于治疗前,观察组子宫内膜厚度明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论他莫昔芬可明显改善绝经后乳腺癌患者的血脂代谢情况,来曲唑可有效减少患者子宫内膜厚度,但对血脂代谢水平无明显影响。Objective To study and analyze the effects of tamoxifen and letrozole on blood lipid metabolism in patients with postmenopausal breast cancer.Methods 70 cases of postmenopausal breast cancer patients treated in Dalian Central Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group（34 cases）and the observation group（36 cases）.The control group received oral letrozole,and the observation group received oral tamoxifen treatment.The changes of blood lipid indexes and the change of endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results For 12 months,after 2 years,the patients in the observation group TC and LDL-C were significantly lower than the control group,TG and HDL-C were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;12 months of treatment,2 years later,the observation group of patients with endometrial thickness were significantly higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;12 months of treatment,after 2 years,patients in the control group,the endometrial thickness was significantly lower than that before treatment,the observation group endometrial thickness was significantly higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Tamoxifen can significantly improve the blood lipid metabolism in patients with postprandial breast cancer,letrozole can effectively reduce the endometrial thickness of the patients,but has no significant impact on blood lipid metabolism.
