县域义务教育经费投入均衡状态及改进对策

摘　　要：义务教育经费投入关系着义务教育的发展水平,本文基于对12省22个县的实地调查,分析我国县域义务教育经费投入均衡现状。发现:我国中西部地区与东部地区经费投入差异较大;城乡间基本呈现均衡状态,个别省份城乡间差异较大;校际间差异明显。并从完善相关法律,保障经费投入;完善投入体制,充实投入来源;加强管理,提高使用效率这几方面提出促进我国县域义务教育经费投入均衡发展的对策。Compulsory education funding is related to the development level of compulsory education.Based on the field investigation of 22 counties in 11 provinces,this paper analyzes the current situation of the balanced input of compulsory education funds in our country.The research shows that there is a big difference in funds input between China＇s midwest regions and the eastern region.There is basically a balance between urban and rural areas,and there is a big difference between different cities and villages,and the differences between schools are obvious.Therefore,the research from perfecting relevant laws,improving investment system,enriching the investment sources and strengthening management to promote the balanced development of compulsory education funding in our county.
