摘 要:提高教育质量的决定因素之一是教师队伍的质量。为了组建一支能力强,水平高的教师队伍就必须提高教师的待遇水平。通过研究,改革开放以来,我国教师的待遇得到了普遍提高,但部分地区特别是偏远、贫困地区的教师待遇还存在不足。区域间、城乡间的教师在薪资水平、家校距离、社会地位上存在明显差异,导致了教师的无序流动。国家及政府需继续加大公共财政投入力度,建立省级财政担保的教师工资支付体系,提高贫困地区教师工资待遇。同时摆正现代教师社会地位,完善配套政策,建立鼓励机制。The strategy of reinvigorating China through science and education is an significant strategy,and the determinants of improving education is the quality of teachers team construction.We must raise treatment of teachers'to construct a high-level teachers team.The treatment of Chinese teachers is indeed improving since its reform and openingup by study,but teachers in remote region and poverty-stricken area are still getting apoor treatment.Different teachers working in different areas enjoy an intervallic treatment in salary,traffic,social status,and so on,it brings out the unordered afflux of teachers team.The state and government must continue to invest more in public finances,establish a teacher salary system in Provincial-level platforms,improve the treatment of teachers working in remote and povertystricken area.In the meantime,the government needs to adjust the social status of teacher,perfect relevant polices,sound encouragement mechanism.
