补阳还五汤联合中医康复及高压氧治疗脑中风后遗症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析补阳还五汤联合中医康复及高压氧治疗脑中风后遗症的疗效。方法 86例脑中风后遗症患者,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组与对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规内科治疗,治疗组给予补阳还五汤联合中医康复及高压氧治疗,比较两组治疗前后日常生活能力量表评分(ADL)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)变化情况。结果治疗前,两组ADL、MBI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的ADL、MBI评分为(86.41±11.42)、(73.16±10.50)分均高于对照组的(60.84±10.54)、(57.31±8.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的NIHSS评分为(2.64±1.45)分低于对照组的(6.97±2.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑中风后遗症行补阳还五汤联合中医康复及高压氧治疗可取得确切效果,可有效提高患者日常生活能力,并改善其神经功能,被临床推广、应用。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sequela of cerebral apoplexy. Methods A total of 86 patients with sequela of cerebral apoplexy were divided by different treatment methods into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional medical therapy, and the treatment group received Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Comparison were made on changes of activity of daily living scale（ADL） score, modified Barthel index（MBI） and National Institutes of Health Stroke scale（NIHSS） score before and after treatment in two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in ADL and MBI score（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group had all higher ADL and MBI score as（86.41±11.42） and（73.16±10.50） points than（60.84±10.54） and（57.31±8.49） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group had lower NIHSS score as（2.64±1.45） points than（6.97±2.18） points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction, Chinese medicine rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy shows affirmative effect in treating sequela of cerebral apoplexy, and can effectively improve the daily living ability of the patients and improve their nerve function. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
