摘　　要：随着网络技术的高速发展,互联网企业如雨后春笋般涌现,相应的互联网企业的投资、融资和并购等经济行为不断出现。因此,构建互联网企业的价值评估体系是十分重要的。首先,本文通过系统分析互联网企业的特征,利用平衡计分卡深入探讨了互联网企业的驱动因素,构建了互联网企业的综合价值评估指标体系。然后,利用突变级数法和实物期权法,综合考虑财务和非财务指标,得出修正的BS实物期权模型,进而确定互联网企业的价值。最后,通过对10家互联网企业进行实证分析,得出企业的价值,结合企业目前的市价,从而确定具有发展潜力的互联网企业。With the rapid development of network technology, the Internet Enterprises have sprung up. And the economic behaviors such as investment, financing and M ＆ A of the corresponding Internet companies have been emerging. Therefore, it is very important to build a value assessment system for Internet companies. First of all, this paper systemat- ically analyzes the characteristics of Internet enterprises, using the Balanced Scorecard to explore the driving factors of Internet enterprises, and construct the comprehensive value evaluation index system of Internet enterprises. Then, using the mutation series method and the real option method, considering the financial and non-financial indicators, the revised BS real option model is obtained, and the value of the Internet enterprise is determined. Finally, through the empirical analysis of I0 Internet companies, the value of the enterprise, combined with the current market price of enterprises to determine the de- velopment potential of the Internet business.
