摘　　要：肾肉瘤样癌(sRCC)临床罕见,恶性程度高,预后差,确诊依赖病理学及免疫组化检查,根治性切除手术是首选治疗方式。本文通过回顾性分析1例sRCC患者的临床及病理资料,追踪患者全部生存期,复习相关文献并进行讨论,探讨sRCC的临床及病理特点、诊疗及预后,提高诊治水平。Sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma（sRCC） is rare in clinic, with high malignancy and poor prognosis. The diagnosis depends on pathology and immunohistochemistry, and radical resection is still the first choice. This paper explores the clinical and pathological characteristics of sRCC, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis, through a retrospective analysis of clinical and pathological data of 1 case of sRCC patient, tracking all the patients survival, reviewing and discussing the related literature, so as to improve diagnosis and treatment level.
