王笑民教授应用虫类药治疗肿瘤经验浅析

摘　　要：肿瘤严重危害人类生命和健康,其死亡率仅次于心脑血管疾病。王笑民教授认为肿瘤的发生和发展均本于"正虚和癌毒",其中正气亏虚是肿瘤发生发展的根本原因,癌毒内结是肿瘤发生发展的关键因素。治疗以消瘀散结、解毒攻毒、补益扶正等为治则,临床上尤善用虫类药物,虫类药物一方面为血肉有情之品,具有补益扶正增强免疫力之功效,另一方面药性峻猛,善搜剔攻毒,消瘀散结,起效迅速,其中蜈蚣、全蝎、土鳖虫、炮山甲、僵蚕、水蛭、蜂房为王笑民教授治疗肿瘤的高频虫类药物,根据患者具体的临床表现,灵活辨证,随证加减,同时亦注意配伍,中病即止,谨防产生毒副作用及过敏反应,疗效卓著。Cancer threatens the life and health of human being and its mortality is just less than cardiocerebrovascular disease. Prof. Wang Xiaomin believes that the occurrence and development of cancer root at the deficiency of antipathogenic qi and toxin. The deficiency of antipathogenic qi is the rational reason and the toxin is the key factor. In the treatment,the principles include removing masses,detoxification,tonification and strengthening the antipathogenic qi. In clinical practice,the insect drug is preferable. The insect drug is the product with emotions,acting on strengthening the antipathogenic qi and enhancing the immunity. It is drastic in action and good at removing toxin and masses and has quick effects. Scolopendra,scorpio,eupolyphaga,squama manis,bombyx batryticatus,hirudo and apiry are the insect drugs with high use frequency in the treatment of cancer by Prof. Wang Xiaomin. The composition of formula is modified flexibly according to clinical manifestation. The treatment may discontinue for preventing from toxic and side effects and allergic reactions. The significant therapeutic effects have been achieved.
