我国精神分裂症患者执行功能康复性研究文献质量评价

摘　　要：目的:了解我国精神分裂症患者执行功能康复性研究文献的方法学现况及康复研究进展。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、Medline、Web of Science、PsycINFO和Embase数据库中精神分裂症患者执行功能和认知康复方面的随机对照研究、观察性研究。通过CONSORT声明及Jadad量表评定各论文的方法学质量。结果:共纳入34篇文献,随机化原则、盲法、样本量、失访及依从性描述等CONSORT标准评价项目的报告率均低于50%。改良版Jadad评分结果高质量文献数为7篇,占21.2%。结论:我国发表的执行功能康复性研究文献,用CONSORT声明及Jadad量表评价还存在不足,国内精神科医生及护士对CONSORT声明及Jadad量表尚需进一步提高学习。Objective：To understand the current state of methodology on executive function rehabilitation research literature in patients with schizophrenia and research progress of rehabilitation.Methods： Randomized controlled stud ies and observational studies on executive function and cognitive rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia were searched by computer on CNKI,Wanfang database, Medline database,Web of Science, PsycINFO and Ernbase data- base.Through the CONSORT statement and Jadad scale to assess the methodological quality of paper.Results： A to tal of 34 articles were searched,The report rate of the CONSORT standard evaluation such as randomization, blind method,sample size, lost to follow--up, and adherence to describe were less than 50 ~ of the project.The high quali- ty literature number was 7,accounting for 21.2 ~ according to modified J adad score results,Conclusion： The execu- tive function rehabilitation research literature published in China is insufficient with the CONSORT statement and the evaluation of the Jadad scale, domestic psychiatric doctors and nurses still need to further improve the learning of the CONSORT statement and the Jadad scale
