摘  要:采用气动道岔、拨轮装置、传感器系统和自动控制系统集成设计了气动式羊胴体自动分级系统。设计的分级系统主要参数:相邻两条分级轨道间距635mm,拨轮转动传感器位于第一等级轨道中心后50mm,道岔开关传感器位于第一等级轨道中心前530mm,羊胴体位置检测传感器位于第一等级轨道中心前865mm。经验证,该分级系统可较好地实现羊胴体的在线自动分级作业。The pneumatic switch, dial wheel device, were adopted, and pneumatic type automatic classification sensor system and automatic control system system of sheep carcass was designed. The main parameters of designed classification system showed: the distance between two adjacent classifica- tion tracks was 635 mm, dial wheel rotation sensor was located in the back of first grade track center 50 mm, turnout switch sensor was located in the front of first grade track center 530 mm, detection sensor of position of sheep carcass was located in the back of first grade track center 865 mm. After verification, the online automatic classification operation of sheep carcass was realized better by this classification sys- tem.
