摘　　要：陈旧性泪小管断裂是指一期未能修复或未能成功修复的泪小管断裂类型。通常其伤情复杂,治疗困难。近年来对于它的手术治疗的研究引起了眼科医生的关注,取得了较大进展。本文综述陈旧性泪小管断裂的常见类型、手术方法及其适应证、临床应用情况及目前存在的问题。Old canalicular lacerations refers to canalicular lacerations whose lacerated canaliculi are not repaired primarily or failed to be repaired after injury.It is usually difficult to treat due to its complex situation.In re-cent years,more and more attention has been paid to surgical treatment of old canalicular lacerations and good progress has been made.This paper summarized the common types of old canalicular lacerations,surgical procedures and indications,clinical applications and problems that need to be solved.
