综合医院临床心理科1050例会诊患者特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院临床心理科联络会诊分布和患者临床特征。方法收集某大型三甲综合医院临床心理科2年联络会诊病例1 050例,完成临床调查问卷和90项症状自评量表,开展相关分析。结果会诊病例最多为心内科,其次为急诊科,再次为肝脏外科。65岁以上为主要群体,其次为55~64岁。就诊原因主要为焦虑、抑郁以及失眠等。相较于对照组,会诊组受试者的90项症状自评量表总分明显较高,P<0.05。结论综合医院申请临床心理科会诊科室分布不均,联络较多、医生对心理症状了解多的科室申请会诊较多;会诊患者负面情绪症状较为明显,主要会诊原因为焦虑症状、抑郁症状,提示临床医生对患者负面情绪的识别率有提高趋势。Objective To investigate the general hospital patients with clinical psychiatrist contact consultation distribution and clinical features. Methods 1050 cases of liaison consultation for 2 years in clinical psychology department of a third grade general hospital were collected. The clinical questionnaire and 90 symptom checklist were completed and related analysis was carried out. Results The most consultation cases were cardiology department, the second was emergency department, and the second was liver surgery department. Over 65 years old was the main group, followed by 55 to 64 years old. The main causes of treatment were anxiety, depression and insomnia. Compared with the control group, the total score of the 90 symptom self rating scale of the consultation group was significantly higher, P 0.05. Conclusion The distribution of clinical psychology consultation departments in general hospitals is uneven, more contact, doctors know more about the psychological symptoms of the department for consultation more; The negative emotion symptoms of the consultation patients were more obvious, and the main consultation reasons were anxiety symptoms and depressive symptoms, which indicated that the recognition rate of negative emotions of clinicians was improved.
