摘　　要：目的探讨自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除在青光眼患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月我院40例青光眼患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将入组的患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组20例,对照组患者行小梁切除术治疗,研究组患者行自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及术后滤过泡情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率及功能性滤过泡率均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制羊膜植入联合小梁切除能有效提高临床疗效,在青光眼的治疗中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of homemade amniotic membrane implantation plus trabeculectomy in glaucoma. Methods40 glaucoma patients from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into control group（n =20） and research group（n =20） on the basis of admission date. The control group was taken trabeculectomy and the research group was taken homemade amniotic membrane implantation plus trabeculectomy. The effects and filtration blebs were compared. Results In research group, the effects and success rate of the formation of the filtration bleb was higher than control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of homemade amniotic membrane implantation plus trabeculectomy can improve the clinical effects for glaucoma patients.
