摘　　要：目的分析原发性皮肤淋巴瘤的临床表现和病理学特点。方法对20例原发性皮肤淋巴瘤患者,按照WHO-EORTC分类标准及形态和免疫组化结果对其予以分类,并观察其临床病理学特点。结果 20例患者中,T细胞淋巴瘤患者16例,B细胞淋巴瘤4例。结论原发性皮肤淋巴瘤的临床表现和病理学特点具有显著的复杂性,临床诊断中充分结合患者的临床表现以及实验室检查结果,确保诊断的准确性。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and pathologic features of primary cutaneous lymphoma. Methods 20 cases of primary cutaneous lymphoma patients, according to WHO-EORTC classification criteria and morphological and immunohistochemical results, were classified, and the clinical pathology was observed. Results Of the 20 patients, 16 patients were T-cell lymphoma and 4 patients were B-cell lymphoma. Conclusion The clinical manifestations and pathologic features of primary cutaneous lymphoma are significantly more complex, and in clinical diagnosis, the patient＇s clinical manifestations and laboratory examination results are fully integrated to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis.
